08/07/23 Bethel University

I got up at 6:00 a.m. I ate cereal and greentea. I and my host mom left to rendezvous. The rendezvous was church. Our university was Bethel. Bethel university is very big. After ESL, we went to trip in Bethel. After trip, I had lunch with Yuki and Ai. After lunch, we lost our way. Afternoon, we went to Mississippi river and we rode on river boat. I felt comfortable. After school, I and my host mom made chicken stew. It was very delicious. I had a nice time. (89words)

Arriving in Minnesota

I found my diary. I went Minnesota for a month last year. I wrote this diary my Minnesota's life. I write this dialy.


08/7/22 I went to Minnesota. I had homestay program.
Today, was very long day. I started from my house for America.
We assembled in our university at 6:45a.m. We went to Fukuoka airport by bus.
I was very sleepy. It was clear day. I felt comfortable. I and Yuki had sandwiches in airport. And we went to Haneda airport by plane. I don't like plane. I had stomachache. And we went to Narita airport by bus. The airport have strict security.
Next, we went to Minnesota by plane. We rode on plane for 11 hours. It was very telling. At length the plane arrived in Minnesota. I was very happy. Many hostfamily was waiting for us. It moved me. Then, Japan was midnight, but Minnesota was noon.
Next, I and my hostmom went to Mexican restaurant with Ai and her hostfamily.
After lunch, I was mom went to grocery store. American has many kind of milk.
And there are many cookies and cereals. After shopping, we went to park. I and my friends introduced Japanese tradition games. Today was very long day. (206words)

School of Rock

This movie is comedy. But it has impression. I think child actors are very cute. And they are good at music instruments. It is cool. The movie use some rock music. Especially, Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin are most famous song.
When I finish watching the movie, I thought I want to play something music instrument.(56words)

Happy Feet

The movie is cute and exciting. The main character is Mumble. He is Antarctic emperor penguin. They have heartsongs. It is tradition and means to attract a soul mate. Mumble's childhood friend Gloria have very beautiful singing voice. But Mumble have a horrible singing voice. But he is good at tap dancing. This movie's characters are very cute. And their eyes are very beautiful. Like a jewel. Mumble was lonely because his horrible singing voice. Then he met the Amigos. They are adelie penguins. I love them. They are very gaiety and fun.
The movie pick up a big problem. This is over fishing. (104words)

Movie review 1 Shrek

I like this movie because this movie made me cheerfully. I like comedy movies. I laughed out loud. And This is computer animation. But this picture is like a reality. It is good! Shrek and Donkey walked in sunflowers field with talking. This is my unforgettable scene because I felt this scene is especially beautiful.
This movie has many various characters. Main characters are Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona. Shrek is a monster. His looks is ugly. He always say spiteful things and like to live alone. But he is tender-hearted. He always was said "Ugly monster!" so he had bruise. But he gradually open his heart to his friends. Donkey is very cute. His looks and motion are cute too. He is talker and meddlesome. But he is kind and optimistic. He said to Shrek "To forgive each other is best friend!" This is my unforgettable word. Princess Fiona is beautiful princess. She is romantic. But she is fun and strong. When it get dark, she become monster. Like a shrek.
This story is fun. There are many Disney characters. For example, Magic Mirror, Snow White, Cinderella, Pinocchio and so on. I surprised Shrek's life. He washes his body with mud. He washes his teeth with worm as toothpaste. He eats insects, worm, eyeballs and so on. I think that what animal was the eyeballs owner? Shrek and Fiona fell in love each other.But The misunderstand has happened between him and her. But the misunderstand was solved by Donkey's help. Finally this story is happy end. I think that it is important to be honest in own heart. It is important to tell "I love you." to own love person.
I was not interested in this movie before watching it. But it became my
favorite movie. I like such movie. It makes me merrily. I want to watch "Shrek2" and "Shrek3." (312words)

Cold

This morning, it is very cold. I felt fall. Last night, I slept in scanty clothing. So I had cold. I had snivel. I am unpleasant. By the way, talking of fall, I think foods are very delicious. I want to eat saury with grated radish. And I like sweets. But, I have to diet. Last night, It was dark at 18:00. Lately, The sun sets early lately. I felt blue. Be careful of cold. (75words)

Essay 2 My treasure

I have three treasures. One of the my treasures is CD of “BUMP OF CHICKEN.” I like “BUMP OF CHICKEN.” They are bandmen. I like the vocal’s voice. When I am tired, I listen to his voice. His voice makes me relaxing. Their musics make me exciting. Their musics make me vigorously So I always buy their CD when they release new CD. They almost don’t appear on TV. So I want to see them. And I want to see them. And I want to listen to naked voices and live performances. I have never go to their concert. Next month, there is their concert in Fukuoka. I can not be going to go to it. I regret that I can not be going to it. So I want to go to it sometime. One of the my treasures is my dog. Her name is Kyarameru. She likes to eat foods. Especially she likes meats. So she is fat. She likes to go to walk. She is very friendly. I always go to bed with her. She has very big eyes. She is very cute. One of the my treasures is my friends. I always talk to my worry. My friends always listen to my talk for real. My friends are very kind. I want to encourage my friends when they have any worrys. I want to more enjoy many things with them. I want to make many memories with them. I owe what I am very happy to these my treasures.
