08/07/31 The Christmas Cookies

I got up at 6:40 a.m. I was sleepy. I ate cereal and tea. We left at 7:30 a.m. After ESL, we listened to Artificial Humans. After lunch, we made American Christmas Cookies. It was very fun. But, cookies were very sweet. But, they were very good. After school, Ai came my house. We made crab salad. It was very good. I had a good time. (66words)

08/07/30 Hanaichimonme

I got up at 6:30 a.m. I ate cereal and tea. We left at 7:30 a.m. Today, after ESL, we listened to Health Care in America. In lunch time, we went to old buffet restaurant. I ate cheese sandwich, salad, pasta, sausage and cake. I was very full. I will be fat. After lunch, we went to shop "Target." I bought a CD and a mascare. Target sells very cheap goods. I was happy. Next, we played valley ball and soccer. And we played Japanese game "Hanaichimonme." It was fun. After school, I and my mom made tomatoes sope and cheese sandwich. They were very delicious. And my mom's friends came here. I had a good time. (117words)

08/07/29 Red Banana

I got up at 6:30 a.m. It was fine weather. I ate cereal and hot tea. We left at 7:30 a.m. Today, after ESL, we listened to Handicap story. Lunch time, we went out for eating lunch. And we ate Box Lunch. There were a hamburger, choco, cookies, an apple and poteto chips in box linch. After lunch, we danced. It was fun. After dance, we played some game. It was fun too. And it was fine weather. So I felt comfortable. In afternoon, we went to Eagle Crest. There were many old people and children. And, the building is clean and big. After school, I and my mom went to some shop. We bought some foods. I was bought magazin. And I had a freezen. It was mixed green tea with mango. During shopping, I found red banana. I was surprised it. And I was bought very big cookie. I was surprised it too. After shopping, we went to home. And we made spaghetti. It was good. I had a nice day. (173words)

08/07/28 Digital Camera Scavenger Hunt

I got up at 6:00 a.m. I ate cereal and hot tea. We left at 7:30 a.m. Today, after ESL, we did Family Panel Discussion with three hostfamily. They are very kind and fun. I asked them one question "What is minesota's famous home cooking?" They answered my question. I couldn't understand English. I'm so sorry. After Family Panel Discussion, we ate lunch. After lunch we went to Roseville Mall by cars. In car, we told Joe about many things. For example, "Happy wife. Happy life." He said "I have never said it. But I always think so." I thought he is good husband. In Mall, we did "Digital Camera Scavenger Hunt." It was game tooking appointed somethings with camera. My group was Ai, Keishi, Yuhei and I. The mall is very good. Almost things is very cheap and cute. I liked book store. There are many kind of books. There are japanese "Manga" too. Next, we went to clothes shops. The clothes is very cute. I bought a pajama. I was happy. But I want to more shopping!! I was pity. After school, I and my mother did the house cleaning. Now my house is clean. I'm happy. (199words)

08/07/27 The Dark Knight

I got up at 7:30 a.m. I had bread. I spread strawberry jam and margarine on bread. We went to dog park this morning too. It was hot. There were many dogs. We walked in dog park. There are a lot of nature. I feel comfortable. In afternoon, we went to movie theater. The movie theater is very big and fun. We watched a movie "The Dark Knight." It was exciting. I had a good experience. Next, we went to my mom'sfriend's house. They are very kind. There are many dogs and two children. We ate dinner. The dinner was chickens, salads, breads and dessert. They were very delicious. After dinner, I learned many words from my hostmother's friends. And I tolk them Japanese words "Konnichiwa, Sayonara, Aisiteru." I had a good time. (133words)

08/07/26 Picnic

I got up at 7:00a.m. I had breakfast. I had a bread and scrambled egg. I was very full. We went to dog park with Riley in this morning. There were a lot of dogs. They are very cute!! They are free in the park. They run, jump and swim in river. The river is Mississippi river. They looked happy. In afternoon, we went to shop "Target." There are a lot of things. I like there. I bought underewars. Next, we went to Chinese restaurant. I ordered Lemonade. But, I surprised it. The color was pink!! The chinese foods were good. The cleak told me that I look Korean. It was fun. Next, we went to another shop "Cub Food." My mother bought brocoli etc.
And, we went to our home. And we made blocoli salad. After that we went to party. The party is interesting. Everyone brought foods. A lot of people came in the house. We played football. I and Ai ate hamburgers and salads. We ate homemade cakes. They are very sweet. And I learned "Happy wife, happy life." This is husband's word. I had a good time. (191words)

08/07/25 Ai's host house

Today, I got up at 6:30 a.m. And I went to school. We learned "Backword" in ESL. For example, "AYAKO" → "OKAYA." 10:30 a.m, we listened to speech. She is professor of Psychology. The speech was about adoption. After speech, we had lunch with Joe and his wife Linda. I did not like Bethel University's poteto salada. After lunch, we did dice game. I was very lucky girl. After school, Ai came my house. She loves Riley. Of course, I love Riley too. He was my host dog. Next, we went to Ai's house. We played with Abigail. She was Ai's host family. She is two years old. She is very cute and naughty. Next, we had dinner. After dinner, I and Ai walked around Ai's house. We met a boy and a dog "Lakusis" and their family. We talked them. I had a good time. (146words)
