Health Science Class

I have a class about Health science every Thursday. Today, we learned health and life at school education. I think we knew many things by friends, TV and magazines. It is more than school education. I remember I didn't hear such class seriously. But it is so important to teach correct information.
I think health is most important because if we are unhealthy, we can't do our best. We must take care of own health more. (76words)
